Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to gain basic knowledge, skills and attitudes to learn the basic stages of procurement processes, rights and obligations of the parties, audit mechanisms and possible legal dispute resolution methods by examining national and international legislation, especially Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735.
Course Content
The content of this course consists of legal regulations, principles and practices that enable public institutions and organizations to perform their procurement of goods and services and construction works in accordance with the law.
