Course Goal / Objective
The students who complete Law of Execution course successfully learn all the information regarding Law of Execution with all details.
Course Content
The principles prevailing in the law of execution, the place of execution law in the legal order and international law, the execution of criminal judgments and comparative execution systems, the concept of punishment, its nature, types and execution, admission to the execution institution, planning of execution and the effect of execution on the convict, the rights and obligations of the convict, the regime to be applied in execution institutions, order and security in penal execution institutions, transfer of convicts, relaxation of execution, preparation for release and post-execution and execution institutions, administration of execution institutions and execution personnel, interruption of the execution of the sentence and the reasons preventing the execution, special forms of execution, execution of the detainee, execution reasoning and supervision of execution.
