Course Goal / Objective
To gain the ability to develop and implement an urban design project that analyses urban planning approaches and urban components (elements such as zoning applications, transportation, density, residential areas, working areas, recreation and service areas, urban image points and multifunctionality) at different scales and scopes and handles them in an integrated manner with urban design and urbanism project proposals.
Course Content
The content of the course includes zoning practices, land analysis (physical determinations, surveys), Lynch analysis, SWOT analysis, urban standards, planning according to population density, and project development.
