Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to develop the knowledge and skills of architecture students in the legal regulations, licenses and occupancy permits, construction contracts, resource and unit price analyses, preparation of bids for construction work, preparation of work schedules, and supervision of building production required for the successful completion of a building within the specified cost, time and quality.
Course Content
This course includes theoretical information and examples on the laws and regulations used in construction processes in Turkey, obtaining permits, surveying, supervision of building production, contract, contract management, technical specifications, resource analysis, unit price analysis and preparation of entitlements.
