Course Goal / Objective
Students of the Department of Architecture discuss ethical perception within the framework of copyright, work-employer-process relationship, social relations and legislation within planning and architectural professional practice, and gain knowledge and skills on architectural ethics in terms of the protection of living things, nature, history and cultural heritage.
Course Content
The content of this course includes the concepts of ethics and aesthetics, the relationship of these concepts with architecture, planning and building design, ethics in the business-employer-designer relationship, copyrights and artist identity rights, peer communication, comparisons of architectural ethics in Turkey and the world, living beings' rights, and architectural ethics in terms of the protection of nature, history and cultural environment.
