Course Goal / Objective
Quantitative decision-making techniques are used. It is aimed to develop problem identification, modeling, and solution skills.
Course Content
Problem identification, model formulation, and solution processes within operations research are examined, with a focus on linear programming methods. Transportation and assignment problems, as well as network problems, are analyzed, and appropriate models are developed. Project management processes are evaluated using CPM and PERT techniques, and relevant optimization methods are applied. Solution techniques for these topics are explored in detail to ensure the effective management of decision-making processes within operations research.
