Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the subject is to improve students' knowledge about setting levels of taxation, government budgets, money supply, as well as about labor market policy, income inequalities, national ownership, and many other areas of government interventions into the economy. The main focus is on contemporary issues of economic policy.
Course Content
The course will concentrate on selected important economic policy issues and relevant economic tools. It will treat the issues at a level appropriate for students with the knowledge of economics provided by the courses already taken.
