Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students the basic techniques of consultancy services regarding real estate buying and selling processes, to provide them with professional real estate consultancy practice and to enable them to operate effectively in the sector. At the end of the course, it is aimed for students to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies as a consultant operating in the real estate market.

Definition of real estate consultant, Duties and responsibilities of real estate consultant, Scope and termination of condominium and floor easement, Management of main real estate, Nature of real estate consultant activity, Real estate buying and selling methods and practices, Rights and obligations arising from real estate buying and selling.
