Course Goal / Objective
To understand and evaluate macroeconomic variables such as economic growth, unemployment, inflation, aggregate supply and demand by learning the basic concepts, analysis methods and methodology of macroeconomics.
Course Content
Examining economic problems and basic functioning mechanisms of the economy. Basic concepts of macroeconomics, analysis methods and policy tools. Introduction of basic macroeconomic variables such as inflation, economic growth, unemployment, aggregate supply and aggregate demand balance and evaluation of their effects on the economy.
