Course Goal / Objective
Within the scope of real estate economics, to analyze the process of economic activities in cities and to examine how the real estate needs of households, companies and public institutions are met. In this direction, to evaluate the functioning of real estate markets, the decision-making processes of market actors and their relationship with the economy.
Course Content
The functioning of real estate markets and analysis of economic decision-making processes regarding real estate. Basic concepts of real estate economics, space and asset markets, investment analysis, valuation methods and market dynamics. The structure of real estate markets in Turkey and the world, housing policies and valuation processes.
