Course Goal / Objective
After taking this course, the student is expected to list the agents of bacterial and mycotic diseases in animals, explain their structural features, pathogenesis mechanisms and virulence factors, provide information about epidemiology, describe their symptoms, apply laboratory tests for diagnosis and treatment, take precautions for control and eradication methods, and apply the necessary vaccines.
Course Content
This lesson includes the structural features, pathogenesis mechanisms, virulence factors, epidemiology, symptoms, laboratory diagnosis, control, eradication methods and vaccines of bacterial and mycotic disease agents of animals.
