Emphasizing the importance of the thin film.

Course Content

Spray Pyrolysis Method, Chemical Bath Deposition Method, Thermal Evaporation Method, Ion-Implantation Method, Molecular Beam Epitaxy, Cathodic Vacuum Arc Deposition Method.
