Course Goal / Objective
Introduction to semiconductors and their basic properties.
Course Content
The elementary properties of semiconductors, energy levels in crystalline solids, impurity in crystals, carrier concentrations in thermal equilibrium, electron transport, thermal effects in semiconductor, diffusion in electrons and holes, crystal growth methods, p-n junction structure.
