Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the Image Processing course; Representation of images on the computer, teaching basic image processing methods and algorithms in the spatial and frequency domain, and introducing the basic components of an image analysis system.

Course Content

Definition of image, camera, digital image, 2D signals and systems, digital image enhancement, point and morphological transformations.
