Course Goal / Objective
In line with the principles of adult education, ensuring that the pregnant woman, her couple and the family are prepared physically and psychologically for pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods, to meet the care needs of the woman, the newborn and the family and to take an active role in the birth preparation classes.

Adult education, characteristics of childbirth preparation classes, pregnancy-birth-postpartum period.
