Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to quickly spend the services of the business world in economic, social, cultural, ethical and legal terms, as well as to desire and adapt contemporary career planning methods that are compatible with real life skills. Career Planning is a problem-solving and decision-making process that aims to establish the most appropriate relationship between employment values and needs, work experience and wages. It enables employees to be happier and more productive in their work. It creates highly motivated, self-employed employees who can predict their future, know what is expected of them, set their goals accordingly. It is a course to be applied individually. It provides a strategic approach to career planning and business research.
