Course Goal / Objective

To learn the physical principles and mathematical formalism of quantum theory

Course Content

Basic Assumptions of Quantum Mechanics, Time-independent Schrödinger Equation, Harmonic Oscillator, Orbital Angular Momentum in Quantum Mechanics,Spherical Symmetrical Potentials and Hydrogen Atom, Matrix Formulation of Quantum Mechanics and Spin, Addition of Angular Momenta
