Course Goal / Objective
The course aims at students recognize disabilty studies and earns critical perspective about problems in society and media concerning disability by questioning of ableist discourse.
Course Content
In the course, relationship between disability studies and media studies will be explained. Firstly, disability will be handled in the context of approaches of disability studies and dwelt on representations of disability, employement of disabilty on the media, accessibilty of media for disabled.

There are no prerequisites for the course.
