Course Goal / Objective

This course provides the necessary background for course participants to be able to learn, understand English as an International Language (EIL) paradigm and apply it into ELT context. This course enables participants to improve schools and community relations, develop educational materials for use as school/community relations documents, and enhance personal and professional communications skills.
