Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to have students get information and skills for developing and managing a project.

Course Content

Project concept and project components; project definition and its function; project lifecycle and project management; project topic choice; literature review; project goal; project methodology; original value of projects; data collection tools; project work and time table; project management software; project budget; risk planning; widespread value of projects; project team; project calls; national projects (TÜBİTAK, DPT, National Development Agencies, Ministries); international projects (EU, etc.); creating an original project proposal.
