Course Goal / Objective
Develop expert-level skills in research design and methodologies suitable for high-level academic work in TEFL and Applied Linguistics.
Course Content
This PhD-level course is designed to equip students with sophisticated research skills essential for academic and professional success in TEFL and Applied Linguistics. It focuses on advanced research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, critical theory application, advanced data analysis techniques, and the integration of mixed methods approaches. The course also emphasizes the development of comprehensive proposals, ethical considerations in research, and the dissemination of findings through scholarly publications and conferences.
