Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills in planning and implementing group guidance activities.

Course Content

In the content of this course, the purpose, content, and skills to be used during group guidance activities; communication barriers, feedback and active listening in communication, self-knowledge, understanding and self-acceptance, personality traits, characteristics similar to and different from others, shyness, assertiveness and aggression, emotions, expressing feelings, relationship between feelings and thoughts, irrational thoughts and There are group guidance activities on changing these thoughts, coping with anger, expressing expectations in interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem.
