Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to learn CBT techniques in practice to understand and change the thoughts, feelings and behaviors of individuals.

Course Content

This course aims to provide students with knowledge, skills and understanding on the basic principles of the cognitive behavioral approach, sessions in CBT, A-B-C, event, emotion, thought, classification of distorted thoughts, schemas, techniques, Socratic dialogue and termination.
