Course Goal / Objective
The main purpose of the Child Law course is; To acquire basic legal knowledge in the field of Child Law; Examining the child's position vis-a-vis the law; knowing the rights and obligations of the child in the family and society and protecting the child; is the determination of the needed differences in juvenile criminal law and the examination of the criminal law rules regarding this special field.

Children's law, the historical development of children's law, children's rights and importance, international conventions on children's rights, social assistance and security, education and labor law, child bond and custody, adoption
