Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach water structure, properties and preparation for industrial purpose.
Course Content
Properties of water, molecular structure, phase diagram of water, method of expressing concentration, mass concentration, molar concentration, equivalence and normality etc. Water samples, principles of sampling, physical and chemical experiments, an overview of water preparation techniques, principles of preparation of heating, cooling and usage water according to industrial organizations, interactions of water with ions in different pH (pH-pC curves) are the content of this course.
