Course Goal / Objective
It identifies the importance of horticulture economically in Turkey and worldwide, emphasizes the key considerations in cultivation, and recognizes significant fruit species and varieties.
Course Content
It describes the types and varieties of fruits grown worldwide and in Turkey, their production quantities, growing areas, and cultivation issues, as well as the principles and concepts in fruit growing, orchard establishment, and post-harvest processes.
