Course Goal / Objective

The aim is to help students gain a high quality of hearing in order to have a competent hearing in their professional life. The students are required to do solfege practices that consist of one, two, or three voiced baroque, classical and romantic repertoire proceeding systematically.

Course Content

The basic principles of music, note reading, hearing, deciphering, dictation, note writing rules are undertaken to increase the student's ability of hearing.
