Course Goal / Objective
This course has a content for using drama method in education. The course aims to raise students' awareness of how to benefit from creative drama studies in Turkish education. For this purpose, after emphasizing the development of the concept of theater and basic concepts related to the field of theater, improvisation and animation techniques will be examined in the course.
Course Content
Historical development of the concept of traditional theater. Basic concepts related to the field of theater. Drama techniques. Determinations and examinations for the language of the theater. Drama exercises. Methods and ways of using these studies in Turkish education.
