Course Goal / Objective

To teach students various temperature measurement methods and control algorithms.

Course Content

Fundemental terms related with measurement, fundemental laws of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics, temperature scales, classification of thermometers, contact themometers, optical thermometers, computer-controlled measurement and control.
