Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course to be able to analyze Furniture Design Methods, Design Period, Basic Design Principles. Designing creative furniture by theoretical and applied works is also aimed.
Course Content
User and function in furniture design. Aesthetic value in furniture design. Varieties of structure in furniture design. Proportion-ratio, space-volume and organization of form in furniture design. Case of composition in furniture design and its application.
