Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to learn the basic principles of administrative law, administrative structure, administrative procedures, and administrative judiciary.
Course Content
The functioning of public institutions and organizations and the legal rules they are subject to; the principles governing administrative law, administrative organization, administrative procedures, actions of the administration, administrative contracts, administrative sanctions, law enforcement, public services, expropriation, public tenders, the liability of the administration, and public officials are the main topics that will be emphasized.
