Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with the basic concepts and principles of classical logic.

Course Content

It consists of topics such as methods and principles of correct and systematic thinking; logic, the relationship between philosophy and science, the distinction between classical logic and modern logic; basic concepts of logic; concept-term, concept types, relations between concepts, intension-scope, syllogism, types of comparison, definition, indefinables, proposition, proposition types, relations between propositions, rotation, five universals.
