Course Goal / Objective
To have a general perspective on strategic plan, to know the basic concepts and methods in this subject, to understand the importance of strategic plan in macro and micro scale in terms of agricultural sector.

Strategic Planning and Strategic Management; Necessity of Planning; Law No. 5018 and Strategic Planning, Performance Programs; Competition, Mission, Vision and Values; Strategic Goals; Methods of Situation Analysis; Methods of Situation Analysis; SOR Analysis; Basic Strategies; Meeting and Data Collection Techniques; Strategic Planning Methods; Regional Planning; Business Level Planning; Agricultural Sector in Planning; Team Work, Information and Task Sharing in Strategic Plan Preparation, Using Cloud Computing; Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Plan
