Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the students with the ability to prepare communication skills program that is applicable in different levels with the information they learned in PDR 735 course.

Course Content

The course covers basic concepts of communication and communication models, beginning and development of interpersonal relationships, theoretical approaches and models of interpersonal relationships, effective communication skills, effective listening, emphaty, self-disclosure, non-verbal communication, agressive, passive and assertive behaviors, conflict resolution process and emotional intelligence.
