Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is for students to understand the risks encountered in agricultural production and the strategies that can be used to meet these risks and to gain the ability to apply them.
Course Content
Concepts of risk and uncertainty, risk types, risk concept in agriculture, risks/risk sources that can be encountered in agriculture, risk management strategies in agriculture, approaches to risk management in agriculture, risk management tools in agriculture and case studies on risk management from various countries.
