LO02 will have information about the breeding, care and feeding of other poultry other than chicken, namely quails, geese, turkey, ducks.
LO03 knows the importance of alternative animal protein sources and works to prefer these products.
LO04 Knows alternative products to chicken meat and eggs.
LO05 It works to increase alternative poultry production.
