Course Goal / Objective

To emphasize the importance of destroyed wetlands in the world and in Turkey. Agricultural analysis of dried wetlands through examples.

Course Content

What is a wetland? What are the reasons for the disappearance of wetlands? Current status of wetlands in the world and in Turkey? RAMSAR Convention. Evaluation of wetlands in terms of agriculture. Agricultural analysis of dried wetlands.
