Course Goal / Objective
To teach all the students to design the advanced Multivariable control systems in continous time and to design Multivariable control systems according to the predetermined performance specifications.
Course Content
Introduction to multivariable control systems. Linear system representation. Linear systems analysis. Solution to the control problem. Decentralised and decoupled control. Fundamentals of centralized closed-loop control. Optimisation based control. Designing for robustness.
