Course Goal / Objective

In this course, it is aimed to have knowledge about the current dimensions of artificial intelligence-based transformation in the media sector, to know artificial intelligence mediated media practices, artificial intelligence platforms and their features, to master the methods related to artificial intelligence and media, to evaluate the structural effects of artificial intelligence on the media sector.

Course Content

It covers the evaluation of the effects and outputs of artificial intelligence technologies on the media sector, what are the benefits of related developments in news production, consumption and distribution processes, and learning the positive and negative situations caused by these developments.
