Course Goal / Objective

Teaching the systematic classification of insects to recognize them at the order and family levels, and providing information about their ecological requirements and habitats

Course Content

The historical development and principles of the science of systematics, the position of insects in systematics, diagnostic characteristics used in insect classification, important diagnostic characteristics of insect orders, and the introduction of their ecological and habitat characteristics
