Course Goal / Objective
In this course, it is aimed to have knowledge about the functioning of journalism practices in Turkey and in the world, to learn the types of journalism and newspapers, to learn the duties of journalists and their responsibilities towards the society, to gain a professional perspective on the field of journalism, to comprehend the political economy of newspapers, to have the ability to produce content suitable for new media technologies.
Course Content
The course focuses on the types of journalism and types of newspapers. From traditional journalism to a new generation of journalism The aim of this course is to teach students all dimensions of journalism.
