Course Goal / Objective
To make people understand the richness of Turkish; To be able to use correct and effective Turkish both written and oral; To instill the importance of language by making people understand the relationship between language and culture, and to make people understand the rules that should be taken into consideration in correspondence.
Course Content
What is language - The place and importance of language as a social institution in the life of the nation - The place of the Turkish language among the world languages and the historical periods of the Turkish language - Sounds and classification of sounds in Turkish, phonetic features of Turkish and rules regarding phonetics - Derivational suffixes of Turkish, inflectional suffixes and their application -General information about the composition, the plan and its application to be used in writing the composition-Petition and CV writing-Spelling and punctuation.
