Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with an understanding of basic linear algebra concepts and processes. To help students to apply the concepts and processes related to the subject to problem situations and to help the formation of knowledge that will enable them to use solution methods effectively.
Course Content
Matrices, operations on matrices, special types of matrices; elementary operations, isochronous matrix, elementary matrices and inverse of a matrix, rank of a matrix; determinant, properties of determinant function; systems of linear equations, methods of solving systems of linear equations
