Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach descriptive statistics (measures of central tendency and dispersion) and inferential statistics (correlation, estimation of population parameters, hypothesis tests, t-tests, analysis of variance, chi-square analysis) and to gain the ability to make and interpret these analyzes with the help of statistical package programs.
Course Content
Basic concepts in statistics, descriptive statistics (measures of central tendency and distribution), the estimate of parameter (confidence limits, confidence interval for means), hypothesis tests-decision, variance analysis, chi-square analysis, regression and correlation, data analysis with packet programs.
