Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts related to business, to have general information about the establishment, functioning, functions and business management of enterprises.

Course Content

The concept of business; objectives, functions, establishment and growth of businesses; management concept and basic management functions; human resources management and functions; marketing principles; production systems and management; design, establishment and functioning of production systems; business information system; financial management.
