Course Goal / Objective
At the end of the lecture, it is aimed that the students will be able to analyze the legal regulations related to the employment contract at an advanced level, develop a critical perspective and offer original solutions.
Course Content
This course examines the legal framework of the employment contract within the scope of the Turkish Code of Obligations (TCO) in depth, addressing the basic principles of employee-employer relations, the rights and obligations of the parties and current legal issues.
