Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to examine in depth the structure, authorities, responsibilities and decision-making processes of the board of directors in joint-stock companies. It is aimed that students will be able to evaluate the functioning of the board of directors within the legal framework, analyze the effectiveness of the board of directors in line with corporate governance principles and develop solution proposals regarding the responsibilities of board members.
