Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to analyse in depth the rights and obligations of the parties in public-private partnership (PPP) models, liability arrangements in contracts and possible legal disputes.
Course Content
The course covers topics such as the place of PPP contracts in the context of national and international law, contractual obligations of the parties, the balance between public and private sector interests, and the management of financial and operational risks.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the course.
