Course Goal / Objective
To introduce and discuss the rightful termination reasons of the employee and the employer, the legal basis of the right of termination with just cause, the legal nature of the termination and the duration of the termination in the light of the current Supreme Court decisions for those who want to work in the field of labor law.
Course Content
Termination of the employment contract and its results are examined.
