Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of pledge law, types of movable and immovable pledges, the function of pledge in terms of receivables and contractual relations and to enable students to make practical analysis on these issues.
Course Content
Starting from the basic concepts of pledge law, this course examines in detail movable and immovable pledges, commercial enterprise pledge and its application examples.
